Returns

We hope you love your Sunday Tiger order, but if you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with any original tags still attached.

To start a change-of-mind return, please use our self-serve returns portal through your customer account.

Once your return request has been approved, you’ll have 14 days to send your item back to us.

A £2.79 return postage fee applies to change-of-mind returns and will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us directly rather than using the self-serve returns portal.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue where possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items are free of charge, and the £2.79 return fee will not apply.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
